Currently, Gabby is working with Professor Spiropulu's group at Caltech. Her research focuses on searching for long-lived particles that decay hadronically in the muon system in the LHC. Gabby aided in discovering that the detector in the CMS Muon Cathode Strip Chamber (CSC) is sensitive to particles that decay from LLPs with masses as low as 1 GeV.
